Never enough words

I’ve been pondering on what to say but there are never enough words. 5 years ago 2 families lost their loved ones but made the decision that in their death to give the gift of life. Lennon received his first transplant ( and in a few days is the anniversary of the second transplant)  – I am forever grateful to these families even if those two livers did not work for him in the end. So whoever you are where-ever you may be, thank you for giving Lennon a chance at a good life.

It’s been a funky roller coaster since November 18, 2008 and even in the dark times I would have made this decision again. I am beyond grateful to have more good days with him as he still has so many lessons to teach.

And while it isn’t always easy – I have learned to enjoy parenting even in difficult times.
